Make eFunds Payment

E-funds for Schools is an electronic banking service by which parents may pay student registration fees and tuition payments using either a credit card, debit card or direct transfer from a checking account. There is an option to set your biweekly tuition as a reoccurring charge so that you don’t need to login and make a payment each two weeks.

Currently, it is available for all Early Childhood tuition payments and Early Childhood Programs Community Events. This service eliminates the cash you give your children and checks you write. Because this service is offered by a third-party provider, service fees will be applied as follows: The plan applies a $1.00 transaction fee to each electronic checking payment. For payments made by credit or debit card, there is a $2.65 transaction fee. *As of January 1, 2019, this fee will be increased to $2.65 per $100.00 payment.  Electronic checking payments have a daily limit of $750.00, and credit or debit card payments have no daily limit. The system carries a NonSufficent Funds (NSF) charge of $15.00. When you set up your account, please review your options carefully.

Please note that no payments will be allowed without your knowledge and authorization through this secure payment system. By providing your home and/or work email address, an email notification informing you of the student’s name, purpose of the payment, and the amount of the item will be sent to you each time that a payment is processed. The e-Funds system is secure and uses industry standard data encryption.

First time users need to register their information. You will need to create a login and password.  Please contact the office at 616-797-0842 for your Child ID code.

Due to processing time, all online payments must be made by Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. in order to be received on that day. All payments made after Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. will be considered late and be assessed a late fee as they will be processed on Wednesday.
