Regular meetings of the Board of Education will be held at the Administrative Offices, 3886 Van Buren Street, Hudsonville, at 5:00 p.m. The regular meeting dates for the 2026-2027 meeting dates are as follows:

| September 10, 2026 | January 4, 2027 | May 13, 2027 |
| October 8, 2026 | February 11, 2027 | June 10, 2027 |
| November 12, 2026 | March 11, 2027 | July 22, 2027 |
Work Session meetings of the Board of Education will be held at the Administrative Offices located at 3886 Van Buren Street, Hudsonville, at 5:00 p.m. The upcoming work session dates are as follows:
| August 24, 2026 | January 25, 2027 | April 26, 2027 |
| September 21, 2026 | February 22, 20267 | May 24, 2027 |
| October 26, 2026 | March 22, 2027 | June 28, 2027 (and budget hearing) |
