If your child is signed up to attend over the holiday break, be sure to review the Holiday Break Activities Calendar.   They are many fun activities going on!

Non-School Day Notes

To view what programs are open/closed on non-school days, please review our Non-School Day Notes very carefully as program start and end times vary.  The programs that remain open on non-school days will provide care at the Early Childhood Center only, with programming starting at 7:45 a.m.

Please also review the Non-School Day Notes for tuition-related questions regarding attendance on non-school days.  There is a $45.00 charge for the before/after school students to attend on a non-school day, and your account will be charged the difference of $45.00 and your normal daily rate.

Tuition Vacation Credit

Tuition is charged to each account according to your normal care schedule, regardless of holiday, sickness, closings due to inclement weather, or other non-attendance.  However, each family is able to utilize a one week vacation credit anytime throughout the school year when childcare is not utilized in a one week timeframe, Monday - Friday.

If you would like to utilize your one week vacation for one of the upcoming holiday weeks, please submit your request to [email protected].  Please note that the scheduling survey you completed regarding attendance during the holiday break is not used to issue vacation credits.
