HPS Half Day Due to Heat Index, Wednesday, September 2
Hudsonville Public Schools will be operating on a half day schedule on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, due to the anticipated heat index.
Please see the information below regarding your program:
- 3 Year Old Full Day Preschool (Mrs. Anderson and Miss Bullard): preschool will remain open until 5:30 p.m. Please bring a cold lunch; no hot lunch will be served.
- 4 Year Old Half Day Preschool: preschool will dismiss at noon. There will be no PM bussing, so please plan to pick up your child at noon.
- 4 Year Old Full Day Preschool: preschool will dismiss at noon. Please plan to pick up your child at noon.
- 4 Year Old Preschool Wrap Around Care Program: The after school wrap around care program will be open until 5:30 for students that are enrolled in wrap around care on Wednesdays only for after school care. Please bring a cold lunch; no hot lunch will be served.
- PK-5th Grade Before and After School: After school care will remain open until 5:45 for students that are enrolled on Wednesdays only for after school care. Please bring a cold lunch; no hot lunch will be served.
- ECSE AM classes will run as normal.
- ECSE PM classes will be closed.
