ECC Open House

The Early Childhood Center open house is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  This is a time for all families to visit and tour the Early Childhood Center.

2026-2027 Early Childhood Program Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2026 Summer Program and all 2026-2027 Early Childhood Fall programs began in mid-January for current families who are already enrolled in tuition-based preschool, free 4 year old preschool, or the before/after school program.  The general public will have the opportunity to enroll on Wednesday, February 4, beginning at noon.

All families must re-register each year for enrollment in all programs.

2026-2027 PreK/K Enrollment

PreK and Kindergarten enrollment has also begun through the Hudsonville Public Schools administration office.  Children must be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2026.  To complete your child's PreK or Kindergarten enrollment, please see the information provided:  HPS PreK/K Enrollment

Winter Break, February 9-10

Winter Break will take place on Monday and Tuesday, February 9-10. 

Tuition-based full day preschool and the PK-5th grade before/after school programs will be open at the Early Childhood Center only from 7:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  All other programs are closed.

Please note: All students must bring a cold lunch from home; no hot lunch is offered on non-school days. 

Important policy change for Before/After School Care students: Starting this year, if your child is signed up for childcare on Non-School Days (October 31, December Break, Winter Break, Spring Break), your account will be charged the daily rate whether your child(ren) are in attendance or not as we have intentionally created a staffing plan to account for these students. 

There is a $55.00 charge for the before/after school students to attend on a non-school day, and your account will be charged the difference of $55.00 and your normal daily rate.
