Early Release on Friday, December 15
Our next Early Release Friday is scheduled for Friday, December 15. PK-5th grade students will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. The Full Day preschool classrooms will remain open for their regular hours, 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
If your child normally uses after school care on Friday afternoons, your child is automatically enrolled to attend care on all Early Release Fridays, unless other arrangements have been made.
Upcoming Open/Closed Dates
The holiday break is fast approaching! Hudsonville Public Schools will be in regular session through Friday, December 22, and will be on holiday break from Monday, December 25-Friday, January 5, 2024. Note: No tuition charges will be billed for the week of December 25-29.
All programming will be CLOSED on the following dates:
- Monday, December 25
- Tuesday, December 26
- Wednesday, December 27
- Thursday, December 28
- Friday, December 29
- Monday, January 1
The Early Childhood Center is OPEN over the holiday break on Tuesday, January 2 - Friday, January 5, for students in our Full Day Preschool Program and PK-5th grade Before/After School Program. Care will be held at the Early Childhood Center from 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
If your child is attending the week of January 2-5, please view the special activites planned that week.
Non-School Day Notes
Please review the Non-School Day Notes for tuition-related questions regarding attendance on non-school days. There is a $50.00 charge for the before/after school students to attend on a non-school day, and your account will be charged the difference of $50.00 and your normal daily rate.
Tuition Vacation Credit
Each full day preschool and/or PK-5th grade before/after school care family is able to utilize a one week vacation credit throughout the school year when childcare is not utilized in a one week timeframe, Monday - Friday.
If you would like to utilize your one week vacation for the week of January 1-5, please submit your request to [email protected]. Please note that the scheduling survey you completed regarding attendance during the holiday break is not used to issue vacation credits. A request must be made to the ECC office.
