Program End Dates
The last day of school for programs are included below:
- ECSE: Wednesday, June 7
- PK: Thursday, June 8 (Early Release for PK-5th grade)
- Full Day Preschool: Thursday, June 8; ECC open until 6:00 p.m.
- Before/After School Program: Thursday, June 8 (Early Release for PK-5th grade); programs open until 6:00 p.m.
Early Release, Thursday, June 8
Early Release Friday is scheduled for Thursday, June 8. The ECC PK students will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m., and all other PK-5th grade students will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. The Full Day preschool classrooms will remain open for their regular hours, 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
If your child normally uses after school care on Early Release afternoons, your child is automatically enrolled to attend care, unless other arrangements have been made.
Parent Keycards
- Summer Program Families: Please keep your keycards. (Your keycard will be activated for the Early Childhood Center the first week of summer. )
- School Year Only Families: Please keep your keycards over the summer. (They will be reactivated for the fall when school starts.)
- Disenrolling Families: Please give you keycards to an ECP Staff or tuition dropbox.
Medication
If your child has any medication that is kept in the office, please stop by on your last day to pick it up.
Summer Program Information
The ECC Summer Program starts on Wednesday, June 14. This is only for students who are registered for the summer program. If you are not sure if you are registered for the summer program, please reach out to [email protected].
Please note that there is no programming available from Friday, June 9-Tuesday, June 13. The office will be closed on Friday and Monday, June 9 and June 12.
