Choral Ensembles

Choir is an elective course which is open to all students at the 6-12 grade levels. No prior experience or lessons are required, simply a love for singing. You don't have to know how to sing - we'll teach you!

Middle School students (grades 6-8) are arranged into performance ensembles by grade level. High School students (grades 9-12) are arranged into performance ensembles based on audition. This allows more experienced singers to explore more difficult pieces, while also welcoming less experienced singers into the program.

Choral Ensemble (SATB)

• Open to all grade levels for both men and women.
• Primary to Intermediate difficulty level of music.
• No previous singing experience necessary!

Treble Choir (SSA)

• Open to women in grades 10-12.
• Intermediate to Advanced difficulty level of music.
• Placement by audition - private vocal lessons encouraged.

Chamber Choir (SATB)

• Open to men and women in grades 10-12.
• Intermediate to Advanced difficulty level of music.
• Placement by audition - private vocal lessons encouraged.

Varsity Voices (SATB)

• Open to men and women in grades 10-12.
• Advanced difficulty level of music.
• Placement by audition, singing experience necessary and private vocal lessons strongly encouraged.
