District Behavior Coaches
What we do: The District Behavior Coaches provide coaching, consultation, and professional development to support positive student behavior and social-emotional success, particularly for students with significant social-emotional or behavioral needs. The Behavior Coaches collaborate with administrators, teachers, support staff, students, and families to develop proactive, evidence-based behavioral supports for students with disabilities that promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments. Coaches focus on building staff capacity through coaching, modeling, problem-solving, and data-based decision-making.
