Dear Parents,
Our goal has always been to return to the classroom as soon as it is safely possible. With the information currently available to us, the number of positive and quarantined cases amongst our student population will allow in-person instruction to resume beginning Wednesday, December 9. Pending the issuance of another epidemic order, this change in learning mode applies to all grades PK-12. If the order is extended for only high school students, then our high school students will remain in remote learning and our PK-8 students will return to in-person instruction.
Students that have received a school-issued device (laptop, iPad, hotspot) are asked to hold on to that device at this time and keep it at home. Further instructions regarding returning the devices to school will be available in early January.
If any changes are issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, we will be sure to relay adjustments to our return to in-person instruction plan. We are thankful for the support of our families, the dedication of our staff, and the effort put forth by our students. We appreciate the flexibility of all of our educators, students, and parents.
