Coach Roth
I have been teaching social studies at BMS for 22 years and coaching 7th grade boys and girls basketball for 19 years. I have been married for 28 yrs my wife and I have 3 kids ages 23, 20 and 18 we enjoy watching our kids in sports, camping and fishing when I'm not in school.
Coach St Antoine
I have been teaching U.S. History at BMS for 22 years. I have coached both boys and girls basketball off and on here at BMS for 15 years, I have also coached high school basketball for 12 years. I have been married for 16 yrs, my wife and I have 3 boys ages 14, 12, and 10 we enjoy watching our kids in sports and hanging out by the pool in the summer.
Coach VanSlyke
I graduated HHS back in 2001 where I then attended Grand Valley State University where I majored in education. This is my 9th year teaching at Baldwin Street Middle School. While here, I have coached both football and basketball. I also coach JV golf for the high school in the spring. I have been married to my wife Aubrey for 11 years now, and we have 3 kids. Peyton is 8, Paige is 6, and Norah is 2. I love playing all types of sports but especially basketball and golf. I also enjoy camping and summer time with my family.
Coach Tanner Opple
I graduated from HHS in 2013, and I am currently a senior at GVSU studying Biology with an emphasis in Secondary Education. This is my second year coaching the 8th grade select team, and I also assistant coached the HHS Freshman team for a year. Go Eagles!
Coach Greg Opple
I have coached basketball for 15 years – 8 years middle school and 7 years travel/AAU. I have been married for 30 years with 2 boys in college. I am an IT Manager for Adient (formerly Johnson Controls). This is my 3rd year coaching the Eagle Select 8th graders. My son Tanner and I look forward to another great season.
Coach Glass
I graduated HHS in 2015 and am currently in my second year attending Grand Valley State University studying Accounting and Finance. I played basketball from 8th grade all the way through high school and love the Hudsonville Basketball Program. Go Eagles!
Coach Jordan
I teach work-based learning at Hudsonville High School. I had the privilege of coaching freshman and junior varsity girls for 11 years and during that time also coached middle school. I am excited to coach again after taking some time off to spend with my 2 boys. Go Eagles!
Coach Ritsema
I graduated from Hudsonville High School in 2011. While at Hudsonville, I played three years of varsity basketball (one year under Coach Meyer and two years for Coach Glass) and three years of varsity softball. I went on to play college softball at both IPFW and Western Michigan University. I recently graduated from WMU with a degree in K8 Education. I am excited to be coaching for the Eagles!!
