The Hudsonville School district has several special education programs in place to serve its disabled students. There are also four full-time school psychologists, four full-time school social workers, nine speech pathologists, a physical therapist assisted by a physical therapy assistant, and an occupational therapist assisted by a occupational therapy assistant. The Ottawa Area Intermediate School District (OAISD) also provides direct and indirect services to Hudsonville students with low-incidence disabilities as well as those having more severe handicaps. In addition, services to disabled children ages 0-3 may be obtained through the Ottawa Area Center Infant Program (toll free: 877-702-8602 ext. 4651). The continuum of direct services and program locations are as follows:

Early Childhood Center

  • Early Childhood Speech Services

Middle School

High School

  • Freshman Campus (9th grade) - Resource program
  • High School (grades 10-12) - Resource, Cognitively Impaired, and Merit Program (certificate of completion)
